Welcoming of a Trainee from Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russian Federation

Nizhny Novgorod regional government employee Anna Babikova was welcomed to Miyagi Prefecture as a trainee to fulfil Miyagi Prefecture's commitment to cooperate with Nizhny Novgorod on training for human resources development, a clause of the Agreement on Exchange concluded in May this year.

Ms. Babikova works as a chief expert in the International and Interregional Relations Department in the Nizhny Novgorod regional government. During her 3 weeks of training from November 15 to December 4, she underwent all kinds of training with the purpose of advancing future exchange between Miyagi Prefecture and Nizhny Novgorod Region. She partook in opinion exchanges with figures in local government and visited areas conducting important local projects, tourist areas, and relevant companies.
